Malaysia is home to several endangered animals that urgently need our protection. Among the most critically threatened species are the Malayan tiger, Bornean orangutan and the leatherback turtle.

These animals are endangered primarily because of habitat destruction caused by deforestation and urbanisation. Illegal poaching for their skin, bones and body parts also poses a serious threat. Climate change has further disrupted their natural habitats and food sources, making survival increasingly difficult.

There are several ways to protect these endangered species. The government should enforce stricter wildlife protection laws and increase penalties for poachers. Conservation programmes, such as breeding centres and wildlife reserves, should be expanded. Schools can also play a role by organising awareness campaigns to educate students about the importance of protecting endangered animals.

In conclusion, saving endangered animals is a shared responsibility that requires commitment from the government, communities and individuals alike.

CYBERBULLYING: A GROWING THREAT TO TEENAGERS

In the digital age, cyberbullying has emerged as one of the most pressing issues facing teenagers today. Understanding this problem is the first step towards combating it.
